We had such a wonderful experience and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible receptionist at the front desk named Liz. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of by answering our questions with patience and always greeting us with a smile. Excellent customer service can completely change a hotel experience and this receptionist truly made ours memorable. It is rare to encounter someone who makes guests feel so genuinely valued. Me and my family arrived on August the 4th, a little early, of course, as to be expected the room wasnt ready, so I went ahead and checked in, which was super easy and was told I would receive a text when ready. We grabbed a bite and when the text came we pulled up. Again super easy, friendly staff. Proceeded to room to check everything out. It was great. Loved the patio view. Over the next few days it was wonderful, not too much traffic, easy access to beach and great breakfast. Both mornings the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was clean, well stocked and delicious. This was a perfect location and a great hotel. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.....
