 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Front desk Staff and cleanliness of this hotel is better than some four and five-star hotels I’ve stayed at in Atlanta. Great location and everything was super clean. Breakfast was great also, and the cook was a cool guy. The 24- hour coffee grinder machine in the lobby was a great plus.

Eddie and Susan do a great job making the food. If you get a chance stop by and talk to Eddie, I enjoyed talking to him about every morning!

The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly. We noticed several times the staff was actively helping children go through the breakfast bar and ensuring everything went smoothly. I would recommend this hotel and it’s staff to any family vacationing with small children.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a young man named Gabe. Gabe was friendly, professional, and welcoming—exactly the kind of employee who represents the high standard IHG should strive for!

As an IHG member, I asked Gabe if there was any possibility of upgrading my room to an ocean balcony view. He went above and beyond and upgraded me at no additional charge! That small act of great customer service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the ocean balcony view was fantastic.

I highly recommend this Holiday Inn! Great accommodations are important, but employees like Gabe are what make guests want to come back.

Attn: IHG Orange Beach manager… give Mr. Gabe a raise! He’s a great guy and an excellent representative of your hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
